MICHAEL FAIRLEY

Michael is an experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor who achieved MRICS status in 2015. Having worked in many sectors, his primary focus has been in healthcare and education. Michael has provided the full range of quantity surveying and cost management services to clients including private developers, NHS Trusts, Local Authorities, Higher Education providers as well as Primary & Secondary schools.

With experience of several procurement methods including P22 & P23, Michael taken a lead role on projects ranging in value from £1m to £450m.

In addition to his core role, Michael is also an assessor for the RICS and conducts assessments for the Quantity Surveying & Construction pathway.
