Salford Deck Car Park
Construction of a new single deck car park on Stott Lane, Salford
Client’s requirements; A new single deck carpark providing much needed additional parking capacity for the close-by Salford Royal University Teaching Hospital. This was achieved by the use of a bespoke prefabricated car park deck system. The works comprised pad foundations, surface water drainage / attenuation, bespoke steel deck structure complete with access ramps and pedestrian stairs, macadam surfacing to top deck, electrical services. The whole project was delivered on time within the stipulated 26 week onsite duration. Our Services; Appointed to provide quantity surveying and cost planning services from RIBA stage 5 onwards, including interim valuations, monthly cost reporting and agreement of the final account.
