 Paul leads the Cost Management team at DAY CM, providing a full range of traditional quantity surveying & cost management services.

Paul is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience working within multiple sectors such as education, industrial, commercial offices & retail, with a particular specialism in healthcare. Over the years Paul has provided a dedicated and conscientious service to the majority of the North Wests NHS Trusts, leading to repeated commissions year on year. Paul also has vast experience on Measured Term Contracts, from generating the initial tender documents, contractor interviews, assessment of tenders, contract award and post contract services.
